The Miss Black Teen Tulsa Tours program has another queen.  Queen Amber Ousley is 17 years old and attends Tulsa Central High.   She is the daughter of Damon and Lorraine Ousley of Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

Queen Ousley, is a member of the NAACP, Key Club and dances with the band.  She has 11 brothers and sisters and states, "Its a whole lot of us and we all get alone."  Queen Ousley plans to graduate from high school and attend college where she will study to be a pediatrician.

Queen Ousley was the last young lady standing in the Miss Black Teen Tulsa Tours program and made a remarkable showing as she presented her talent, creative expression and evening gown on the competition stage March 18, 2006 at the Rudisill Library.  National Queen Kirstie Kelly, along with Queen's Freeman and Phillips from Little Rock, AR were in attendance.

Queen Ousley will compete in the Miss Black Teen Tours National Pageant August 3-6, 2006 in Little Rock, AR.
